November 19th Officially proclaimed Women Entrepreneurship Day
What better way to articulate our mission if not coming from of our Chairwoman herself,
We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers.
Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) / #ChooseWOMEN was founded in 2013 as a non-governmental, non-racial, non-gender, and non-political volunteer non-profit organization.
The WEDO movement is established to bring awareness to the 250 million girls living in poverty globally that deserve to be given a chance in life while simultaneously inspiring and empowering the 4 billion women on the planet!
WEDO works globally to empower women and girls to become active participants in the economy by igniting a network of women leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to initiate startups, drive economic expansion, and advance communities worldwide.
WEDO is celebrated at the United Nations Headquarters and in 144 countries and 65 universities/colleges internationally.
When women are elevated financially, communities and countries prosper. It builds a global blueprint to alleviate and eradicate poverty.
